Ryland K. Marshall

A funeral for Ryland K. "Crow" Marshall, 69, of King George County will be held
at 2 p.m/ Thursday at Nash & Slaw Funeral Home, King George, with the Rev.
Charles P. Anderson, Jr. Officiating. Burial will be in Historyland Memorial Park
in King George.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.

Mr. Marshall died Monday, Oct. 28, at Mary Washington Hospital. He was a
lifelong King George resident, and had retired as an ordinance test mechanic at
the Naval Surface Warfare Center at Dahlgren. He was a member of the King
George Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 8717 and a World War II Navy veteran.

Survivors include two sisters, Miss A. Marie Marshall and Mrs. Sally M. Vaughn,
both of Port Royal; three brothers, Franklin M. Marshall and Hugh M. Marshall,
both of King George and Howard A. Marshall of Panama City, Fla., numerous
nieces and nephews, and three great-nieces and two great-nephews.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to
the Dahlgren Rescue Squad, Box 1375, Dahlgren, Va. 22448, or to the King
George VFW Post No. 8717, King George, Va, 22485.
